The Arizona Petition For Temporary/Emergency Appointment Of A Guardian And/Or Conservator For An Adult/Minor is a legal document used to appoint a guardian or conservator for an adult or minor in the state of Arizona. This petition is typically used in emergency situations when a guardian or conservator is needed to make decisions and/or manage the estate of a minor or adult who is deemed to be incompetent or otherwise unable to make decisions on his or her own. In some cases, the court may appoint an interim guardian or conservator pending a more permanent arrangement. There are two types of Arizona Petition For Temporary/Emergency Appointment Of A Guardian And/Or Conservator For An Adult/Minor: one for an adult and one for a minor. The petition for an adult must include detailed information about the proposed guardian or conservator, including their qualifications, relationship to the adult, and any other information that the court deems necessary. The petition for a minor must include similar information in addition to information about the minor and the minor’s family. Both petitions must be filed with the court and will be reviewed by a judge. If approved, the court will issue an order that appoints the guardian or conservator.
