The Arizona Petition For Termination of Guardianship and/or Conservatorship of a Minor and Release of Restricted Funds is a legal document used by a parent or other legal guardian to terminate the guardianship of a minor and the release of any restricted funds associated with the minor. This petition can be used when the minor is emancipated, has reached the age of majority, has died, or when the guardian is no longer able to serve.
