Arizona Annual Report of Guardian — Adult is an annual report that is required by the Arizona Court of Appeals to be filed by all adult guardians in the state. This report must be filed annually and must include information about the ward’s estate, financial and health matters, and activities of the guardian. The report must be signed by the guardian and submitted to the court. There are two types of Arizona Annual Report of Guardian — Adult: the Annual Report and the Final Report. The Annual Report includes information about the ward’s assets, liabilities, income, and expenses for the year and must be filed within six months after the end of the guardianship year. The Final Report must be filed within six months after the end of the guardianship and includes an accounting of all funds and property of the ward, a final report of the guardian’s activities, and a statement of the guardian’s opinion as to the ward’s best interests.
