An Arizona Order Regarding Petition for Discharge and/or Termination and/or Release of Funds in the Matter of a Protected Adult is a legally binding document issued by the court in the state of Arizona. This order is used to discharge, terminate, or release funds belonging to a legally protected adult. Generally, this order is issued when the court finds that the protected adult is no longer in need of the funds or the protection of the court. There are two main types of Arizona Order Regarding Petition for Discharge and/or Termination and/or Release of Funds in the Matter of a Protected Adult: 1) Order of Discharge and Release of Funds; and 2) Order of Termination and Release of Funds. The Order of Discharge and Release of Funds is issued when the court finds that the protected adult is no longer in need of the funds or the protection of the court. The court will then order the protected adult’s funds to be released to them or their legal representative. The Order of Termination and Release of Funds is issued when the court finds that the protected adult is no longer in need of the protection of the court. The court will then order the protected adult’s funds to be released, but they will not be allowed access to the funds until they reach a certain age or other criteria established by the court.
