Arizona Articles of Amendment of Corporation is a legal document that must be filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission in order to make changes to an existing Arizona corporation. This document allows a corporation to update its name, change its purpose, alter its management structure, alter its capital structure, and/or make other amendments or changes to the articles of incorporation. There are two types of Arizona Articles of Amendment of Corporation: Amending Articles of Incorporation and Restated Articles of Incorporation. Amending Articles of Incorporation are used to make minor changes to the existing articles of incorporation without making any substantive changes, and Restated Articles of Incorporation are used to make substantial changes to the existing articles of incorporation.
