Arizona Order To Enforce Support is a court order issued by an Arizona court which requires a person to pay child support or spousal maintenance payments and to comply with other court orders regarding parenting time and decision-making. This order may be issued by a judge or magistrate in a hearing or based on an agreement between the parties. There are two types of Arizona Order To Enforce Support: the income withholding order and the income assignment order. An income withholding order requires the employer of the paying parent to withhold the required support amount from the paying parent’s wages and send it directly to the receiving parent. An income assignment order requires the paying parent to make direct payments to the receiving parent. The Arizona Order To Enforce Support will also include other provisions such as medical support, daycare expenses, and any other court-ordered payments.
