The California Employers Signed Statement of Abatement of Regulatory and/or General Violations is a written document that is signed by a California employer to attest that an identified violation of law or regulation has been remedied. This statement is used to document the resolution of a violation and is often required by governmental regulatory agencies. There are two types of California Employers Signed Statement Of Abatement Of Regulatory And-Or General Violations. The first is a Statement of Abatement of Regulatory Violations and the second is a Statement of Abatement of General Violations. A Statement of Abatement of Regulatory Violations is used when an employer has violated a regulatory law or regulation, such as one applicable to workplace safety, environmental regulations, or labor laws. This statement is used to show that the employer has taken action to remedy the violation and is in compliance with the applicable law or regulation. A Statement of Abatement of General Violations is used when an employer has violated a general law or regulation, such as one related to unfair business practices or consumer fraud. This statement is used to show that the employer has taken action to remedy the violation and is in compliance with the applicable law or regulation.
