There are three types of California Declaration of Supervised Visitation Provider — Professional: Certified Supervised Visitation Provider (SVP); Qualified Supervised Visitation Provider (SVP); and Qualified Supervised Visitation Practitioner (QSV PP). All of these professionals must meet specific requirements to be certified, including specific educational and experience requirements, as well as a criminal background check.
