The California Monthly Supervision Report (CSR) is an essential document required by the state of California for those on parole or probation. The report is used to document the activities of the individual on parole/probation, verify that they are adhering to the terms of their parole/probation, and provide a record of their progress. The CSR is typically completed by a probation officer or parole officer and must be submitted on a monthly basis. There are three types of California Monthly Supervision Reports including the Juvenile CSR, the Adult CSR, and the Non-Resident CSR. The Juvenile CSR is used for individuals under the age of 18, the Adult CSR is for individuals 18 years and older, and the Non-Resident CSR is for individuals who are not currently living in the state of California. All Cars are designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the individual’s probation/parole activities and must include information such as the individual’s current status, employment, educational/vocational progress, drug/alcohol testing results, contact with family/friends/law enforcement, and any other relevant information.
