The California Application For Removal Of Conditions (CALORIC) is a form used by the State of California to provide individuals and entities with the ability to remove certain conditions that are preventing them from complying with state and/or federal laws and regulations. The CALORIC allows individuals and entities to apply for removal of conditions related to environmental issues, hazardous materials, land use, and/or other related issues. There are two types of California Application For Removal Of Conditions: Condition Assessment and Condition Removal. The Condition Assessment form is used to determine if a certain condition is present on a property or in an area, while the Condition Removal form is used to request the removal of a condition that is preventing compliance with state and/or federal laws and regulations. Both forms must be completed and submitted to the appropriate state agency for review and approval.
