The application for readmission filed pursuant to D.C. Colo.LCR 57.7. I am used by attorneys who have been suspended or disbarred for failure to pay bar dues or comply with other court orders. This application must be filed with the Supreme Court of the State of Colorado and must include a statement of the applicant’s current residence and contact information, the reasons why the applicant believes they should be readmitted, and any other relevant information. It must also include a statement detailing the applicant’s current financial circumstances, and a plan for paying any outstanding bar dues or other court-ordered payments. In both cases, the applicant must submit the application to the Clerk of the Supreme Court of the State of Colorado and must provide notice to the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel. The application will then be considered by the Supreme Court. If the applicant is approved for readmission to the bar, they must then take and pass the applicable bar exam.
