The Connecticut Certificate of Revocation of Dissolution (Nonstick Corp) is a document used to legally dissolve a non-stock corporation in the state of Connecticut. The document must be submitted to the Connecticut Secretary of State in order to revoke the previous dissolution of a non-stock corporation. The Certificate of Revocation of Dissolution must be signed by the president, vice-president, or any other officer of the corporation, and must include the name of the corporation, the date the original dissolution was filed, and the date the certificate is being filed. There are two types of Connecticut Certificate of Revocation of Dissolution (Nonstick Corp): voluntary and involuntary. A voluntary Certificate of Revocation of Dissolution is used when the corporation wishes to revoke the dissolution due to a change in circumstances or business strategy. An involuntary Certificate of Revocation of Dissolution is used when the corporation is ordered by a court to revoke the dissolution.
