Connecticut Administrative Appeals Under General Statutes Section 4-183 -- Notice of Filing (For use when service is made by certified or registered mail) is a legal document used to notify the other party that a Notice of Appeal has been filed. This document is used when a Notice of Appeal is served by certified or registered mail. The Notice of Filing must include the date of filing, the name and address of the court, and the case number. In addition, the Notice of Filing must be signed by the appellant and include the appellant's address and telephone number.
