There are two types of Connecticut Uniform Foreclosure — Standing Orders: * Standing Order Concerning Foreclosure Actions (SOFA): This order sets out the rules and procedures for initiating a foreclosure action, including the notice requirements. * Standing Order Concerning Foreclosure Practices (SOAP): This order sets out the rules and procedures for foreclosure practices, such as settlements and payments.
