The Connecticut Judicial Branch Experiential Learning Programs (HELP) Job Shadow Program Student Enrollment Form is a document that must be completed and submitted by high school students who are interested in participating in the Job Shadow Program. This form is used to collect student information, such as contact information, school district, and demographic information, as well as to provide an overview of the Job Shadow Program. The form also includes a section for the student’s school counselor or administrator to complete. Once the form is completed and submitted, the student will be contacted by a HELP staff member to discuss further details regarding the Job Shadow Program.
