The Connecticut Notice of Changed Condition — Nonadversarial Divorce is a document that is used to notify the court of any changes to the grounds for divorce, including the financial status of either party, the living arrangements of the parties, or any other new information. This document must be filed with the court within 30 days of the change, or it will not be accepted. There are two types of Connecticut Notice of Changed Condition — Nonadversarial Divorce: voluntary and involuntary. The voluntary Notice of Changed Condition is when the parties agree to the changes and sign the document before filing it with the court. The involuntary Notice of Changed Condition is when one party requests the court to review the changes without the agreement of both parties. In either case, the Notice of Changed Condition must be filed with the court and will serve as evidence of the parties’ agreement or lack thereof.
