This is a beautiful place to live because it is in the middle of a great beach and there are no cars to disturb you because you don't even have to leave the patio or yard! It has a large yard with a fenced in garden! The house has a very low-key feel to it. The front yard was fenced off because the front gate was never properly locked and when I contacted the owner he said he did not lock the front gate, and it is now completely open for anyone to walk on. It has been open for several years now and if you walk up the hill on the north end of the property you will see the house for sale. Inside the house are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The 2 bedrooms are attached to the other 2 bedrooms in a room by themselves. If you think about it, the house was just moved into, and they put on a new roof, roof tile, and the new roof also contained the old carpet. The backyard has a covered in patio which has a covered deck in the front.
