The District of Columbia General Forms (Adm)-Request For Extension of Personal Representative'sS Appointment and Order is an official form used by the Superior Court of the District of Columbia to extend the appointment of a personal representative in the administration of a decedent's estate. This form is intended to be filled out by the existing personal representative of the estate to request an extension of their appointment by the court.
