District of Columbia Inventory and Accounting Forms (Adm)-Inventory Summary and Inventory Schedule are forms used by the D.C. government to keep track of its assets, such as physical inventory and tangible property. The Inventory Summary and Inventory Schedule are used to document and track all inventory transactions, such as purchases, transfers, disposals, or adjustments. The Inventory Summary provides a summary of the inventory held by the District, including a listing of all inventory items, their current quantities, and values. The Inventory Schedule provides a detailed breakdown of each inventory item, including the item number, description, quantity, value, and other pertinent information. There are two types of District of Columbia Inventory and Accounting Forms (Adm)-Inventory Summary and Inventory Schedule. The first type is the Annual Inventory Summary and Schedule. This form is used to document all inventory transactions for the current fiscal year. The second type is the Supplemental Inventory Summary and Schedule. This form is used to document any inventory transactions that occurred after the end of the current fiscal year.
