The District of Columbia Inventory and Accounting Forms (Adm)-Waiver of Formal Audit of Account and Consent To Audit As Stated is a form issued by the District of Columbia's Office of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for government entities to waive the requirement of a formal audit of their accounts and to consent to an audit as stated. This form is typically used by government entities that have a limited financial scope and/or have a small population of employees or entities that they are responsible for, and would like to waive the formal audit requirement for those accounts.
