The District of Columbia Two Year Report For Domestic and Foreign Limited Liability Partnership is an annual document that must be filed with the District of Columbia Department of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs (DORA) in order to remain in good standing. This report must be filed every two years by all domestic and foreign Limited Liability Partnerships (Laps) registered to do business in the District of Columbia.
