District of Columbia Application For Reinstatement of Certificate of Registration of Foreign Limited Liability Company is a document used by foreign limited liability companies to apply for reinstatement of their registration certificate in the District of Columbia. This application must be completed and submitted to the D.C. Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DORA) in order to receive a new certificate of registration. The application must be accompanied by a copy of the company's articles of organization, a statement of dissolution, and a certificate of good standing from the jurisdiction where the company was formed.
