A Delaware Limited Liability Partnership Annual Report is a legal document that is required to be submitted annually to the Delaware Division of Corporations by all Limited Liability Partnerships (Laps) registered in Delaware. The report confirms the LLP’s continued existence in the state, providing information on its financial and organizational status. The report must be signed by all general partners and submitted to the state. There are two types of Delaware Limited Liability Partnership Annual Reports; an Initial Report and a Renewal Report. The Initial Report must be filed by Laps registering in Delaware, while the Renewal Report is submitted by Laps that have already registered. Both Reports require the same information, including the name of the LLP, its address, the names and addresses of its general partners, and the LLP’s registered agent. Additionally, the report requires the LLP to provide a financial statement of its assets and liabilities, a statement of its activities and operations, and a resolution authorizing the filing of the report.
