The Delaware Application For Reinstatement (Limited Liability Partnership) is a document used to reinstate a limited liability partnership that has been administratively dissolved by the Delaware Secretary of State. This document must be filed with the Delaware Secretary of State in order to resume operations as a limited liability partnership in the state of Delaware. The application must include the name of the limited liability partnership, the address of the registered office, the name of the registered agent, and the purpose of the business.
