Delaware Proof of Claim Modified (Allied Nevada Gold Corp Cases) is a legal document that creditors of Allied Nevada Gold Corp. must file to be eligible for payment from the Company's bankruptcy estate. The modification to the standard Delaware Proof of Claim form was enacted by the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware in the Allied Nevada Gold Corp. cases. The Delaware Proof of Claim Modified form requires additional information from creditors, including information about the basis for the claim and the amount of time the debt has been outstanding. Creditors must also attach documents to the form, such as invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and other evidence of the claim. There are three types of Delaware Proof of Claim Modified forms for creditors in Allied Nevada Gold Corp. cases: one for general unsecured creditors, one for holders of allowed priority claims, and one for holders of allowed administrative expense claims.
