Delaware Handbill Affidavit is a document used by companies in Delaware to certify that they have complied with state regulations when distributing advertising material. It is a sworn statement that the company has distributed handbills, flyers, circulars, pamphlets, or other printed matter, to the public in Delaware. It is a legally binding document that must be signed by the person responsible for the distribution of the material. The Delaware Handbill Affidavit must include the following information: the company name, address, and contact information; the date of distribution; the type of material distributed; the method of distribution; the names and addresses of the individuals or entities to whom the material was distributed; and the signature of the person responsible for the distribution. There are two types of Delaware Handbill Affidavits: a standard affidavit, where a single person is responsible for the distribution; and a joint affidavit, where two or more people are responsible for the distribution. In the joint affidavit, all individuals must sign the document to make it legally binding.
