Delaware Pro Se Employment Discrimination Complaint is a legal document filed by an employee in the state of Delaware who believes they have suffered discrimination in the workplace. The complaint is filed with the Delaware Department of Labor’s Office of Anti-Discrimination (OAD). The complaint can be filed without the assistance of an attorney. There are three types of Delaware Pro Se Employment Discrimination Complaint: 1.
