The Out-of-State Supplier Report of Alcoholic Beverages Shipped To Delaware Importers is a document used to track sales and shipments of alcoholic beverages purchased by importers in Delaware from suppliers located outside the state. The report includes information on the quantity of alcoholic beverages shipped, the type of alcohol (including wine, beer, distilled spirits, etc.), shipping and/or delivery costs, and the name and contact information of the out-of-state supplier. The report is typically submitted to the Delaware Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission (ABCs) by the importer. There are two types of Out of State Supplier Report of Alcoholic Beverages Shipped To Delaware Importers: 1) Monthly Report and 2) Quarterly Report. The Monthly Report is due on the 15th of each month and includes the sales and shipments of alcoholic beverages from the previous month. The Quarterly Report is due on the 15th of January, April, July, and October and includes the sales and shipments of alcoholic beverages from the previous quarter.
