The Delaware ADR Practitioner Motion Packet is a legal document used to initiate a dispute resolution process in the state of Delaware. It is typically used to initiate a motion for an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practitioner, such as a mediator, arbitrator, or special master, to be appointed to the case. The packet includes the motion itself, as well as any supporting documents or evidence that is necessary to make the motion successful. The packet is then filed with the court to start the ADR process. There are three types of Delaware ADR Practitioner Motion Packets: 1) Mediation Motion Packet; 2) Arbitration Motion Packet; and 3) Special Master Motion Packet. The Mediation Motion Packet is used to request the appointment of a mediator to the case, the Arbitration Motion Packet is used to request the appointment of an arbitrator, and the Special Master Motion Packet is used to request the appointment of a special master.
