The Delaware H-1 Form (Application) is an application for a temporary work visa issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This form is used by foreign nationals who wish to work in the United States for a specific period of time. It is also used by employers who wish to hire a foreign national for a temporary job. The Delaware H-1 Form consists of two parts: Part A and Part B. Part A is the basic information part, which includes the petitioner's (employer's) contact information, the foreign national's name, date of birth, country of birth, place of residence, and passport information. Part B is the more detailed information part, which includes the foreign national's educational background, job title, job description, and salary. It also includes the petitioner's (employer's) justification for hiring the foreign national. There are two types of Delaware H-1 Forms: H-1B and H-1C. The H-1B form is used for professional-level jobs such as engineers, computer programmers, and medical professionals. The H-1C form is used for agricultural and low-skilled jobs such as farmworkers, janitors, and housekeepers.
