Delaware Notice of Unpaid Fines And Penalties (OCCE) is a document issued by the Delaware Office of the State Courts of Common Pleas. This notice informs the delinquent party of unpaid fines and penalties due for violation of a court order, and provides information about how to respond. It may require payment of the fines and/or penalties, or a court hearing. There are three types of Delaware Notice of Unpaid Fines And Penalties (OCCE): a notice of delinquency, a notice of intent to impose a lien, and a notice of intent to revoke or suspend a driver’s license. The notice of delinquency informs the delinquent party that fines and/or penalties are due, and provides instructions on how to respond and/or make payment. The notice of intent to impose a lien is sent to the delinquent party if the fines and/or penalties remain unpaid for more than 30 days, and informs the delinquent party that the court may impose a lien on their property if the fines and/or penalties remain unpaid. The notice of intent to revoke or suspend a driver’s license is sent to the delinquent party if the fines and/or penalties remain unpaid for more than 90 days, and informs the delinquent party that the court may revoke or suspend their driver’s license if the fines and/or penalties remain unpaid.
