A Florida Seven Day Eviction Notice with Cure is a legal document that is used in the state of Florida to terminate a tenant's tenancy and start the eviction process. This notice must be served to the tenant in accordance with the Florida Landlord Tenant law and gives the tenant seven days to either pay the rent owed or vacate the premises. If the tenant pays the rent within seven days, the eviction process will terminate and the tenant will be allowed to stay. There are two types of Florida Seven Day Eviction Notice with Cure: Non-Payment of Rent and Material Noncompliance. The Non-Payment of Rent notice is issued when a tenant fails to pay their rent on the due date and the Material Noncompliance notice is used when the tenant breaches the lease agreement. The notice must contain all the necessary information such as the amount of rent owed, the date the notice was served, the date the rent must be paid by, and a warning that a Writ of Possession will be issued if rent is not paid.
