The Florida Affordable Housing Programs Child Support Affidavit is a form used by participants in Florida’s affordable housing programs to document income from child support payments. The form is used to verify a parent’s or guardian’s income from child support payments and is required by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (HFC) for all persons applying for or receiving housing assistance from the state. The affidavit is used to determine a participant’s eligibility for affordable housing programs. There are three types of Florida Affordable Housing Programs Child Support Affidavit: 1. Child Support Affidavit for Non-Custodial Parent: This form is used by a non-custodial parent to verify their income from child support payments. 2. Child Support Affidavit for Custodial Parent: This form is used by a custodial parent to verify their income from child support payments. 3. Child Support Affidavit for Guardian: This form is used by a legal guardian to verify their income from child support payments.
