The Florida Notice of Hearing (Seal-Expunge-Return Of Property) is a legal document that is issued by the State of Florida. It is used to notify individuals of their right to attend a hearing to discuss sealing, expunging, and/or returning property that may be confiscated by the state. There are three types of Florida Notice of Hearing: Seal, Expunge, and Return of Property. The Seal Notice of Hearing is issued when an individual is charged with a criminal offense and wants to seal the record. This type of hearing is used to determine if the court will grant the request to seal the records and if so, what conditions must be met. The Expunge Notice of Hearing is issued when an individual is charged with a crime and wants to have the record of the conviction expunged. This type of hearing is used to determine if the court will grant the request to expunge the records and if so, what conditions must be met. The Return of Property Notice of Hearing is issued when an individual is charged with a crime and the state has confiscated property from them. This type of hearing is used to determine if the court will grant the request to return the property and if so, what conditions must be met. All three types of Florida Notice of Hearing are important legal documents that must be taken seriously and must be followed in order to ensure the rights of the accused are respected.
