Florida Disposition of Personal Property (Packet) is a packet of documents used to distribute the personal property of a deceased person in the State of Florida. The packet includes the Florida Disposition of Personal Property without Administration Form (with or without a Will) and the Florida Disposition of Personal Property with Administration Form (with or without a Will). These forms are used to declare who will receive the deceased person's personal property and how it is to be distributed. If there is a Will, the forms provide a means of executing it. The packet also includes the Florida Small Estate Affidavit, used when the value of the estate is below the state threshold for probate. Other parts of the packet include instructions on how to fill out the forms and a list of personal property that may need to be distributed.
