This may involve media relations, press releases, media monitoring, crisis communications, and event management. b) Business Consulting Services: The Consultant shall provide expert advice and guidance on various aspects of the Client's business operations, including but not limited to strategic planning, market research, business development, and organizational management. The Consultant shall work closely with the Client to identify areas of improvement, develop action plans, and provide ongoing support. 2. Duration of Agreement: This Agreement shall commence on [start date] and shall remain in effect until [end date], unless terminated earlier by either party in accordance with the termination clause outlined herein. 3. Compensation: In consideration for the services rendered, the Client agrees to pay the Consultant a consultancy fee as specified in Exhibit A.
