Hawaii Complaint (Repletion) is a legal action that is used to recover personal property, such as an automobile, boat, furniture, jewelry, or other personal items. It is commonly used when a person has been wrongfully dispossessed of their personal property without the owner’s consent. There are two types of Hawaii Complaint (Repletion): Repletionin of Possession” and “Replevin of TitlRepletionplevin of Possession is used to recover possession of personal property that has been wrongfully taken. Repletion of Title is used to recover title to the personal property that has been wrongfully taken. The complaint must include a description of the property, the facts and circumstances of the wrongful taking, and the name of the person in possession of the property. The complaint must also include an allegation that the plaintiff is entitled to possession of the property. The plaintiff must also provide a bond to the court to secure the payment of any damages and costs to the defendant, should the plaintiff not prevail on their claim. The defendant must file a response to the complaint within twenty days of being served. The court may then order the return of the property or may award damages to the plaintiff.
