Hawaii Articles of Revocation of Dissolution (also known as Revocation of Dissolution of Domestic Entity) is a legal document used to restore a dissolved domestic entity in the state of Hawaii. This document is filed with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (CCA) and must be signed by an authorized officer of the domestic entity. It must include the name of the entity, the date of dissolution, the effective date of the revocation, and the name and address of the authorized signatory. There are two types of Hawaii Articles of Revocation of Dissolution: the Revocation of Dissolution of Corporation, and the Revocation of Dissolution of Limited Liability Company. The document must be notarized and filed with the Division of Corporations and Business Registration within the CCA. Upon filing, the entity will be restored to its previous legal status.
