The Hawaii CRC Public Accommodation PC (Public Complaint Questionnaire) is a form used by the Hawaii Civil Rights Commission to determine whether an individual or business has engaged in discrimination based on race, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected classes. The PC is designed to gather information regarding alleged discrimination in areas such as housing, employment, public accommodations, or other areas. The questionnaire is completed by the complainant and contains questions regarding the incident, the parties involved, and any potential witnesses or other evidence. There are two types of Hawaii CRC Public Accommodation PCs: the Standard PC and the Residential PC. The Standard PC is used to investigate discrimination in public accommodations, such as hotels, restaurants, and stores. The Residential PC is used to investigate discrimination in housing, such as rental properties, ownership of property, and zoning.
