The Iowa Settlement Agreement For Dissolution of Marriage No Minor Or Dependent Adult Children is a document used by couples in the State of Iowa who are seeking to legally dissolve their marriage and who do not have any minor or dependent adult children. The settlement agreement outlines the terms of the divorce agreement, including the division of assets and debts, spousal support and/or alimony, and other matters related to the dissolution of the marriage.
