Iowa On Premise Liquor License is a type of license granted by the state of Iowa's Alcoholic Beverages Division. This license allows the holder to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises where the sale takes place. There are three types of Iowa On Premise Liquor License: Wine, Beer and Liquor. The Wine license allows the holder to sell wine for consumption on the premises. The Beer license allows the holder to sell beer for consumption on the premises. The Liquor license allows the holder to sell all types of alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises. To obtain an Iowa On Premise Liquor License, the applicant must meet certain criteria such as being over the age of 21, proof of financial responsibility, and passing a criminal background check. Additionally, the applicant must comply with all local and state laws and regulations in regard to the sale of alcoholic beverages.
