The Idaho Statement of Domestic Support (Debtor Only) is a document required by the Idaho court in order to prove that the debtor has the financial means to pay any child support or spousal support that may be due. The document must be completed accurately and with all necessary information in order to be accepted by the court. There are two types of Idaho Statement of Domestic Support (Debtor Only): the Non-Military Idaho Statement of Domestic Support (Debtor Only) and the Military Idaho Statement of Domestic Support (Debtor Only). The Non-Military Idaho Statement of Domestic Support (Debtor Only) must include information on the debtor's income, assets, and liabilities, as well as any spousal and/or child support that may be due. The Military Idaho Statement of Domestic Support (Debtor Only) must also include information on the debtor's military service, as well as any benefits that may be due as a result of the service. Both documents must be signed and dated by the debtor in order to be accepted by the court.
