The Idaho Court Interpreter Services Terms & Conditions are designed to provide interpreters with the guidelines and expectations that they must meet in order to provide quality service for court proceedings. The terms & conditions apply to all court interpreters hired by the Idaho Court System, and include the following: 1. Professionalism: All court interpreters are expected to present themselves professionally and to provide quality language services in a timely manner. 2. Confidentiality: All interpreters must adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality and must protect the privacy and interests of all parties involved in court proceedings. 3. Fees & Payment: All interpreters must provide accurate fees and payment terms in advance of services rendered. 4. Cancellation & No-Show: Interpreters must provide timely notice of cancellation or no-show of services. 5. Equipment & Supplies: Court interpreters must provide their own necessary equipment and supplies. 6. Liability: All court interpreters are liable for any damages caused by their negligence or failure to provide quality services. 7. Code of Conduct: All court interpreters must abide by a code of conduct while providing services. 8. Informed Consent: All interpreters must obtain a signed informed consent from all parties before providing services.
