The Idaho Application for PACER Exemption is a form used by individuals and organizations to request an exemption from the mandatory payment of Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) fees. The form is available from the Idaho Administrative Office of the Courts website and can be used by anyone in Idaho who wants to access court records without paying the associated fees. There are two types of Idaho Applications for PACER Exemption available: Full Exemption and Partial Exemption. The Full Exemption application is for organizations or individuals who are qualified to receive a total waiver of PACER fees. The Partial Exemption application is for organizations or individuals who are qualified to receive a partial waiver of PACER fees. Applicants must provide proof of their Idaho residency, financial hardship, or other qualifying criteria in order to be approved for an exemption.
