There are two types of Idaho Articles of Incorporation (General Business): Nonprofit Articles of Incorporation and Profit Articles of Incorporation. Nonprofit Articles of Incorporation provide the rules and regulations for the formation of a nonprofit corporation in the state of Idaho. Profit Articles of Incorporation provide the rules and regulations for the formation of a for-profit corporation in the state of Idaho.
