Idaho Family Law Case Information Sheet DE Fact Custodian is a document used in Idaho family law cases to provide information about a de facto custodian (a person who has physical custody of a child but has not been appointed the legal custodian in a court order). This document is typically used when a parent is not able to care for their child and another person is appointed to serve as the child’s guardian/custodian. The information sheet includes details such as the name, address, relationship to the child, and any prior court order concerning the child. There are two types of Idaho Family Law Case Information Sheet DE Fact Custodian: the Initial Custodian Information Sheet and the Final Custodian Information Sheet. The Initial Custodian Information Sheet includes details about the initial custodian and is filed at the beginning of the case. The Final Custodian Information Sheet includes information about the final custodian and is filed at the end of the case.
