Idaho 0 Stipulation for entry of Order (H&W) is a form used in Idaho family law when the parties involved in a divorce or dissolution of marriage have agreed to the terms of the divorce and wish to have the court issue an order of dissolution. This form is also used in legal separations and annulments. It is intended to be used when both parties have agreed to the terms of the divorce and wish to have the court enter an order of dissolution. The form contains information such as the parties’ names, addresses, and telephone numbers; the date of the marriage; the date of the filing of the petition; the date the parties separated; the reason for the dissolution; the terms of the agreement; and the names of any children of the marriage. It also includes a certification by the parties that they understand the agreement and intend to abide by it. There are two types of Idaho 0 Stipulation for entry of Order (H&W): Uncontested and Contested.
