Illinois Order of Administration of Child Support Records is a legal document issued by the court in Illinois that outlines the rights and responsibilities of both parents when it comes to providing financial support for their children. It outlines the amount of money to be paid, how it should be paid, and how it should be distributed. Generally, the court will order one or both parents to pay a certain amount of money to the other parent or to the child support agency. The court will also order a method for collecting and distributing child support payments. There are three types of Illinois Order of Administration of Child Support Records: In-State Order, Out-of-State Order, and International Order. An In-State Order is used when both parents live in Illinois and the court issues an order requiring them to pay child support. An Out-of-State Order is used when one or both parents reside outside of Illinois and the court orders them to pay child support. An International Order is used when the court orders a foreign court or agency to pay child support.
