Illinois Debtor Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing (Debt) Form is an online system that allows users to electronically receive bankruptcy notices from the bankruptcy court. The system utilizes a secure web-based portal to allow debtors to electronically receive notices from the court. The notices are available in HTML or PDF format and can be printed or downloaded. The system also allows users to view and manage their bankruptcy cases, including payment information, creditor contact information, and other case details. There are two types of Illinois Debtor Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing (Debt) Form: 1) Notice of Electronic Filing (NEW) and 2) Notice of Creditors' Meeting (NCM). The NEW notice is sent to the debtor when a bankruptcy petition is filed electronically. The NCM notice is sent to all creditors listed in the bankruptcy petition and provides information about the bankruptcy filing, meeting dates and deadlines, and other important details.
