The Illinois Attorney General admission To Practice (Packet) is a packet of materials required to gain admission to the practice of law in the state of Illinois. The packet contains the application form, a Certificate of Good Standing from the Supreme Court of Illinois, Certificate of Admission to the Illinois Bar, an Oath of Admission, and a Certificate of Admission to the bar of the United States Supreme Court. The Illinois Attorney General Admission To Practice (Packet) is available in two versions: the Regular Admission packet and the Limited Admission packet. The Regular Admission packet is for applicants wishing to practice law in the state of Illinois on a full-time basis. The Limited Admission packet is for applicants who wish to practice law in the state of Illinois on a part-time basis or for a limited period of time. The application form must be completed and submitted with the required documents. The Certificate of Good Standing from the Supreme Court of Illinois must be signed by the applicant and notarized. The Certificate of Admission to the Illinois Bar must be signed and notarized. The Oath of Admission must also be signed and notarized.
